Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide but only to selected countries. If you need confirmation that we ship to your address feel free to contact us via email.

Do you offer next day shipping?

What is your returns policy?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Underwear and swimwear can not be returned.

  • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Items must have all tags attached.

Can I change my order?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

 

No, once you’ve placed your order, the order starts going through the system straight away, so that we can get it to you as fast as possible.

 

This means you can’t cancel your order or make changes to it. This includes adding or removing items, changing colors or sizes, changing delivery address, delivery option or email address on the order.

 

Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

 

Can I return more than one order in the same parcel?

 

Please return each order separately and include any packaging that forms part of the goods with your valid proof of purchase.
